40RH Reefer Container
The container is to be designed and manufactured for the carriage of refrigerated (frozen, chilled) foodstuffs and general cargo by land (on road or rail) and by sea (above or below deck) throughout the world. A mechanical refrigeration unit of a "one piece picture frame type" will be fitted to the front end frame in order to control the inside temperature. Standard reefer containers have the advantages of light weight, high strength and good thermal insulation performance. Variety design can meet the customer's different needs.
At present, we can provide customers with pure cyclopentane, mixed foaming, 245fa and other environmental blowing agent reefer containers. At the same time, we can also provide FRP liner, butt welding aluminum liner, high strength steel frame and other lightweight refrigerated reefer design.

Yes, we can customize the color and add your logo. However, please note that the standard color for reefer containers is usually white.
How long will your container last?
For the refrigeration motor, Carrier offers a 1-year global warranty. For the container structure, it depends on maintenance. Our containers are built using high-quality corrosion-resistant Corten steel to ensure long-term durability. A new container typically holds an ACEP certification valid for five years.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We also offer bulk discounts for larger order quantities.
Which ports in China can you deliver from?
We can supply and arrange container delivery from all major Chinese ports, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Qingdao, Hongkong, Ningbo, Guangzhou, and Nanjing. We can also arrange delivery directly to a designated address.
What cooling units are installed in your reefer containers?
We mainly supply reefer containers equipped with top-tier refrigeration systems, including Thermo King (such as the Magnum Plus) and Carrier, capable of maintaining temperatures ranging from 30°C to -30°C.
Can these reefer containers be used for ground storage or modification?
Absolutely. Beyond international sea and land shipping, they are widely used for static storage (cooling warehouses) and can easily be modified into mobile offices, houses, or specialized equipment enclosures.
