We can transport ordinary products (non dangerous products), but cannot transport products containing liquids, food, or chemical raw materials. Countries/islands that cannot be transported: Venezuela, Iceland, West Africa, Nigeria, etc.

If it is express delivery, we will provide a tracking number. If it is air or sea freight, we can provide you with a system account so that you can check the shipment status at any time. If the final delivery is by truck, we will update the progress to the customer in real time.
After the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will check the quantity, packaging status, and product quality with the customer. If the carton box is damaged, we will check with the customer and replace the carton box after obtaining the customer's consent. If it is a fragile product, we will suggest that the customer add wooden cases or wooden frames for protection. We will also help repack and protect it to ensure that the goods will not be damaged during transportation.
